Terms of use

Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms govern the Stock News BD website and app. The privacy policy explains what information the service collects. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Information, not advice

News, prices, dividends, record dates, Shariah lists, charts, and rankings are published for general information. They can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. A ranking is a sort of published figures. It is not a forecast, a rating, or a suggestion to buy, sell, or hold.

Nothing on Stock News BD is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer. A share you save to the monitor is your own list, not a decision by Stock News BD. You are responsible for your own decisions. Check the company notice and the exchange before you act.

No responsibility

Stock News BD and its publisher accept no responsibility for misinformation, outdated information, missing figures, or for any decision, loss, claim, or other consequence arising from your use of the service. This includes reliance on a price, a dividend, a record date, a Shariah label, a chart, or a rank.

The service is provided as is and as available. There is no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a purpose. Some rights cannot be excluded under the law of Bangladesh, and nothing here removes those rights. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is nothing.

Where the figures come from

Market figures are republished from public sources, including dsebd.org via StockChartBD (DSE Intelligence) and Be Rich. Company filings remain the property of their publishers. Credit those sources when you reuse a figure. We do not control them, and a failed or late update does not create a duty to correct a decision you have already made.

Accounts and the monitor

An account is optional. You are responsible for the email address and password you choose, and for keeping them to yourself. You can change your name, email address, and password from the account page. Do not register with someone else’s email address.

The monitor holds up to 100 shares that you add. News, dividends, record dates, and other notes shown there are the same public figures as the rest of the site, limited to those symbols. They are not a personal alert service, and we do not promise to tell you about every company event. A symbol on your monitor is not advice to buy, sell, or hold it.

We may refuse, disable, or close an account that breaks these terms. A disabled account cannot log in. You may delete your own account from the account page, as described in the privacy policy.

Using the service

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or scrape it in a way that disrupts it, and do not present Stock News BD as the author of a decision you make. News and original presentation on the site belong to Stock News BD or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. To report a copyright concern, email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright” and the address of the page.

The service is for adults. If you are under 18, do not use it. We may change or withdraw pages without notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
